Our season is May 15, 2010 to Oct. 15, 2010 for
servces.
Boat Slip Only - Includes electricity, In
season.
$375.00 - Three Month Lease
$675.00 - Seasonal Lease (6) Six Months
$1,000.00 - Annual Lease (Saves $350 over two
six months lease)
Camper Space Only - Includes water,
sewer, electricity, In season.
$1,050 .00 - Three Month Lease
$1,800 .00 - Seasonal Lease - (6) Six Months
$3,000 .00 - Annual Lease (Saves $600 over two
six months lease)
Camper Space / Boat Slip Combination:
Includes water, sewer, electricity: In
season.
$2,200.00 - Seasonal Lease - (6) Six Months
$4,000.00 - Annual Lease (Saves $200 over two
six months lease)
Please contact us, at your earliest convenience,
to apply for a dock slip or a space
reservation.
If you're renewing your lease and haven't
received your paperwork, advise us so we can
email it.

and the Terms and Conditions (T&C's) of
Tilawa Marina, LLC,
as defined in the lease, a copy of which will be
provided prior to a lease being executed.
Violations of the T & C's
or Rules & Regulations will result in
an action or restriction as defined in the
T & C's.
